About Us

Hi, we're Eloise and Katherine 👋.

We're two ambitious women who love our careers in SaaS, but know how hard it can be to navigate them.

​

Between us, we’ve experienced the highs of building meaningful careers in fast-growing tech companies, and the lows that often go unspoken: imposter syndrome, being underestimated, being the only woman in the room, and trying to figure out next steps without a clear roadmap or role models who looked like us.

 

We’ve both been fortunate to learn from incredible people along the way, but we’ve also felt how lonely it can be when you’re expected to “just figure it out”. And we kept coming back to the same question: why should it be this hard, and why should anyone have to do it alone?

So we created WISe.

WISe is the network we wish we’d had earlier in our careers. A space where women in SaaS can show up as they are, ask honest questions, share real experiences, and learn from each other without judgement or gatekeeping. A place where ambition is encouraged, confidence is built, and success is celebrated - loudly.

Our goal is simple: to help women navigate their careers with more clarity, confidence, and support than we had ourselves. Whether you’re just getting started, stepping into leadership, or figuring out what’s next, WISe exists to remind you that you’re not alone—and that there’s a whole community ready to back you.
